罗丁因走私毒品被判刑十五年在押往监狱的途中，博罗丁被同伙用直升机救出，同时他们还残酷地将女警探珍妮的未婚夫蒂默从飞机上扔了出去。调查小组的调查停顿缓慢，惹起了珍妮的疑心，她便末尾自行调查。在暗中调查中，珍妮发现博罗丁案件调查报告的文件被人修正过，她末尾疑心保密局的克尔贝尔是奸细，为此克尔贝尔善人先告状，使珍妮自愿再次复职。为了满足私欲，克尔贝尔居然协助博罗丁进入刑警局赃物仓库，劫走了被没收的毒品。
